Garden Thursday

Hello and Welcome to Garden Thursday with Viringer and Glimmer.

Fall is falling, well at least the leaves from the trees are. Here is what mum got out to the street last weekend. This was the back yard and only part of the front yard.
 Looking East.
 Looking west.
So at least as of then most of the leaves had either been picked up or crunched up with the grass eating monster. Guess it eats leaves too.
But.....
We still have three trees with lots of leaves on them and so mum will be cleaning up leaves for a few more weeks! Plus the garden has to get cut down.

Mum says one of the nice things in the fall is the lovely blue skies when you get a clear day. Cobalt blue skies, doesn't get any better than this.
See you next week, love Virginger and Glimmer.

  6. Yep, that leafy time of year is here! Our mom had our two big front trees taken down last month (they were 'nudging' the water main) so we won't have as many fallen leaves as you, but she says there's still clean up to be done... just as soon as it stops raining! Purrs...

  8. We're still amazed at the neat way leaves are taken care of in your town! It sure beats bagging them!

  9. Clearing up all the leaves is never ending. Last autumn mum saved lots of ours to make mulch for the garden. She will open the bags soon to see if it is ready.
