Mum Is CRAZY

Strange day. I was sleeping so nice, middle of the night and such. I was snuggled on the couch on the warm blankie.

Then, mum's noisy thing by the bed goes off, she gets up and turns on all sorts of lights. It was freaking 3 AM. The starts her work 'puter, gets on the phone and starts talking. And talking. And talking. And talking. For HOURS. To people in a place called Pollard's Woods. Mum showed me a map and it is outside London. Fat Eric lives in London.

So at the time when she normally gets up she hadded been up for ages. Finally, she got off the phone. She never lefted to go to work. Right now she is napping on the couch.

I think she is a crazy person to get up at that time just to talk to people.

  1. My Meowma was up several times during the night...but I don't think she wanted to be. I figured it was a good time for some scritches...she gave me a few, but not as many as I wanted.

  3. How come after all that she didn't let you talk to Eric? I think that would have been the nice thing to do after waking you up in the middle of the night like that.

  5. Since the Mom started her jobbie she has to get up at 6am which is just too early for me. However, I still perform my kitty duties and yowl at her until she feeds me. I just wish it wasn't so early.

  10. That is weird. Of course when it is 3am in your house it is probably about 9am here in London so the people in Pollards Woods probably didn't think it was such a weird time to talk to your mum. Sometimes people do weird things for work. My dad has to go to a meeting soon to a place called Moreton-in-the-Marsh, I think that is a funny name.

  11. Hey, our Mom and Dad got up at 4:30 AM! What's goin' on?! They left the house in their weird kar-a-tay clothes, came back a few hours later, went to sleep and didn't go to work! At least after they left, we could go back to sleep. When they got back, we took turns wakin' them up!

  12. Well, what is Pollard Woods? A place where your mum can buy nice things for Cats? If so, then it's okay.

  13. Sometimes Momma gets up at strange hours like that, but she just uses the potty and goes back to bed. I was worried you would say your Momma was packing stuff and leaving!

  14. 3 AM? Dad is usually just rolling into bed. We're used to getting treats and sometimes Stinky Goodness at that hour. You might mention that to your Mum, Derby.
We find it tides us over until Mum gets up and feeds us later in the morning.
