Garden Thursday

::MEOW::

Hello and welcome to Garden Thursday NIGHT! Yikes, mum is having brain fade and totally forgot to help me get my post done. Not acceptable mum, you may be busy, but you can't forget us. Specially ME, I only get one day a week to post!

Some of the trees are beginning to turn colors. This is our little maple tree in the back. Most of the leaves are a yellowy-green but a few red ones are sneaking in.

Mum's furiend didn't come to get the grapes, so that means treats for the fevvers. Mum will not try to make wine. She knows she would have a certain four footed helper who would end up with purple paws.

Thanks for stopping by. Love, Virginger.

  1. Sorry ta hear about the grapes.

    But you mentoned the Sedums on our blog. Sedums (being clumping plants) can safely be divided into smaller half or even quarter pieces with a spade and moved. Just set the remainder piece in the center of the old hole and fill with some existing and compost mixed together. Set the newly-divided parts in the new places with the same existing and compost mix and they will thrive.

  4. We can't wait to see everybody's leaves turn colors! Our leaves wait until January then say "Oh no, we're late" and fly off without doing anything pretty.

    Too bad about not being able to make wine. That sounds like it would have been fun.

  6. That is a shame that there will be no wine, but the fevvers will enjoy the grapes.
