Farewell Friday

This week we have to say farewell to Sissy. She was helped to The Bridge this week. She was the sisfur of Moki, who we all still need to purr for.
So for all of those kitties who have fought and are fighting today is Fierce Fighter Day. Keep it up!

Mum got a surprise when she got home last night. There was a heavy box outside addressed to her. She hadn't ordered anything and didn't recognize the address. It was a nice surprise as it was from her company for Thanksgiving.
I am not sure I want to eat this stuff but mum went 'yum' when she saw this! Her old company never did anything like this!
Me I figured I would take a nap on my nice soft cushion with the gizzy on it.
Time to smooth down some furs that got messed up.
Reposition and back to napping.

What little snow we got as gone away, mum is sure we will get more, but she hopes not soon. Plus hopefully not as much as last year, mum would be happy with a 'normal' winter snowfall of around 40-50 inches. That will be nothing in comparison to last year.

Happy weekend everyone.

  1. What a great gift your mama got. They must have wanted to make sure everyone got a good breakfast before coming to work. We are glad the snow didn't stick around long. If you have a lot of extra snow this year, you could send some of it our way. By the time it got here, it would be rain, and we really need rain.

  2. We got snow here ysterday and it isn't going anywhere. The PM is ignoring it and hoping it takes the hint and leaves for a couple more weeks.

  4. It's good to remember and pay tribute to our elders, the wise cats who are waiting at the Bridge.

That was a pretty cool gift -- it must have made your mum's day to open up such a nice surprise.

Hmmmm, I don't see any 'nip or toys in that gift box. Don't they think you might have liked to get a surprise too?
