Cats are glorious creatures who must on no accounts be underestimated. Their eyes are fathomless depths of cat-world mysteries - Lesley Anne Ivory
When mum sees quotes about cat's eyes, that means this picture from ages ago gets put on display. She thinks this shows my wisdom and glorious looking eyes. It really is old as I haven't worn a collar in over 2 years!
Ducky too has neat golden eyes. No wonder we got mum to fall in love with us!
Please purr for Fat Eric founder of and fellow Gorgeous Ginger. He isn't so fat anymore, heck I weigh more than he does now! I don't want to be called Fat Derby and it wouldn't be the same if he was Skinny Eric!
The weekend was hot. Mum ranned around getting stuffs done. Friday evening the car got worked on for its oil change. Mum said it went fast as not may people want to get their car worked on, on a Friday night. Caturday mum wented an gotted her boobies smooshed and pictures taken of them. Then off to Grampies bank to check on things, get his statement sent directly to her etc.
Miss Lynn came over and they went out to eat, she even brought a box home with goodies in it, but won't eat them until tonight. Gotta hang out for a hand out, I understand it is grilled beast. Miss Lynn had fishies, but didn't bring her box inside for us to sniff.
Miss Lynn did visit, both Ducky and I said hello to her and got some pets. Plus I made sure to put my stink on her bag. She could take that home to her woofie. Mum wanted Miss Lynn to hear Ducky purr, but Ducky wasn't got to cooperate. Mum had him in her arms but when Miss Lynn got close he jumped out of mum's arms and took off.
Sunday we rested lots. You could feel the hots when mum opened the doors to the outside. We just observed from inside, lots of fevvers, including the hummer bird. Four different types of butterflies, the chippymunks playing and chasing each other around.
Crazy mum went out after supper, when the sun when was going down and went to use the grass eating monster. At least the sun wasn't beating down on her while she was doing it.
You handsome boys both have stunning eyes!...We are purring loudly for Eric to be ok...Hope you guys have a fun week...kitty kisses x3...Calle, Halle, Sukki

That chipmunk and butterflies look rather tasty!
It's been really hot here too. Mom hasn't used our grass eating monster in a while, and is hoping she can get away with it a while longer. Good for Ducky for not purring on command! We're cats, not a dog and pony show!

ReplyDeleteWhy do the Humans do such silly things? Let the grass grow! It'll still be there when it's cooler. Well, that's what my Human says anyway. It's a good thing she doesn't have any grass to mow because it would be like 10 feet tall.
