Garden Thurday

Hello and welcome to Garden Thursday with Virginger, Glimmer and Trooper.

The hots are here for now. So we are all trying to stay cool. We had lots of rain last weekend from Friday evening to Caturday AM and then it stayed all misty and drizzly.
This is Caturday August 23. Fresh dirt and grass seed put down. Then we got all that rain on August 28-29.
Just a little bit of new green stuff showing on Monday, but mum could see it starting already on Sunday. It was like "poof" it showed up between Caturday to Sunday!
Tuesday, even more! It is growing super well. Mum didn't really do anything special. We thinks she really got majic grass seed.
This is the big view on Tuesday. She didn't get a chance to get a pic on Wednesday, but it is growing good!

So, that is our garden news of the week. The grass is growing.

Love, Virginger, Glimmer and Trooper.

Our grass is very dry too. I am finally doing a Garden post today, after ages of not doing any.

Oh look how green your grass is! We've only got a paved yard so no green stuff for us. Xanthe xxx

Your grass is growing nicely. My mum always says it doesn't matter how much you water the garden, nothing makes it grow better than rain.

Wow, watch that grass grow! They say something is "as boring as watching grass grow" but yours isn't at all if it grows that fast.

I was thinking along the same lines as the Sometimes Cats Herd You gang - you've made watching the grass grow very interesting! For your next trick, are you going to thrill us by making watching paint dry scintillating? I'm looking forward to it. LOL

It is furry fast growing grass!. Pretty soon your mom bean will have to mow the grass - stay out of the way of the mower kitties.
