It is late, but happy Groundhog Day. All cloudy and rainy so no shadows here. The snow storm they said was coming didn't come. We just got rain.
My hammick borked! The little tube fell out, but mum fixed it for me. Thanks!
Sunday while we were watching fevvers the hawk flew through. The birds got all scared and one flew right into the big window. It fell to the ground and didn't move again. Mum took it and buried in the snow by the fence.
Time to hop down and go do something else. Maybe nap or snuggle with mum. She took the weekend off and didn't work on the blankie, no feetball game to watch. Guess she will get to work on it this weekend with the Stouper Bowl.
We got lots of rain too. Better than snow, the mom says.
ReplyDeleteUm, she could have given that tasty little morsel to you! And yes, I did bite his little head off but I did not nibble on his tiny feets.
ReplyDeleteI too am wondering why you didn't get that Darwin-award winning birdie! It's sad that he freaked out and hit the window... but yeah, that was kind of dumb of him.
ReplyDeleteHa! We got around 5 inches or so today and it is still snowing as Mommy prepares for bed! Hope it doesn't come your way!!
ReplyDeleteOh P.S. "Headless horseman" -- Good one, Ducky!
ReplyDeleteHmmm - I hope your mum doesn't start thinking that the collapse of your hammick is an indication that you need to go on a D-I-E-T. Ick!

Glad ya got da hammick fixed up!
ReplyDeleteWe have got a peregrine falcon here that keeps swooping in and taking the small birds, and some of the not so small ones. Glad your mum fixed your ham-mick for you.
ReplyDeletePoor bird :( I am glad your Mom was able to fix your hammick.
ReplyDeleteWe occasionally get birds banging into the window. As a whole, they are just stunned, though.
ReplyDeleteGreat hob fixing your hammick!
