The Place I go
The People I see
I would rather be home,
Just mum and Me.
Happy March, we hit a new month, although looking outside it still looks like winter. Yeah, we can tell the days are longer, but there is way too much snow on the ground. Some of mum's furiends have seen spring birds coming back, they haven't made it here yet.
Mum finished the RWB blankie and then made a hat too from what was left of the yarn. So nothing left and that is what she likes.
Mum's next project is back to making purple baby hats. She finally found the pattern for the hats she made last year. She really liked it, the pattern is simple and she can amember it without having a paper in front of her with the directions. You can see her start here. She didn't stay up late to finish.
More snow, enuf Mom Nature! Mum got it all cleared, said it was light and fluffy. She didn't even use the snow eater machine, just her muscles. Plus she got the fevvers feeders all topped up.
So, not much going on here, me and mum will hang out and chill this weekend. You guys all have a good weekend and be safe.
Oh no, not more snow! We had some very good spring like weather for over a week, but the cold and rain is back. We have a storm forecast for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear that your Vet report was good!
ReplyDeleteLast time mom took me to the v.e.t. they trimmed my claws! Come to think of it, that was probably a good idea since one was growing way too long. Now I keep them sharp on the scratching post.
ReplyDeleteYour human has been busy! Aren't you glad you're a kitty, Ducky?
ReplyDeleteOngrats on the good Stabby Place repurrt! Also, it may be only an inch, and it may be light and fluffy, but we think your Mom is WonderWoman to be out there shovelin'. Color us impressed! And that's a really nice blankie she made too. Your Mom has many talents, Ducky ;-)
ReplyDeleteP.S. And she didn't even make you put that little purple cap on your nice furry head either!
ReplyDeleteThat little purple hat really goes well with your furs Ducky. Perhaps your mum could knit one for you?
