Hello and welcome to Garden Thursday with Virginger and Glimmer. We are getting more nice days which means mum will come outside and hang with us for a while.
First mum cooked outside, just a couple of burgers and then hung outside to just chill. Said she is feeling better after her long hectic day. Yeah we kitties can do that to you. Just chill.
Glimmer being a bit silly sitting in the birdy bath. No birds came to hang out and he got his paws wet.
So here is the back garden, bits of green is starting to show and mum says she needs to get the mulch guys here to put mulch down. She has to find out how much it will cost.
The day lillies in the back starting to poke through. These have been here for years. The new ones in the front are just starting to peak out too. Mum isn't sure if they all survived.
Some the the tulips along the back fence are pushing up too. Soon we will have lots of color and flowers.
Mum did find one place where the voles tunneled through, but only this one. Usually we have lots of them.
A bit fuzzy but buds on the lilac.
One of the maples is really budding out too. Can we have green leafs soon? We hope so.
Lots of high flyers last night too, going all sorts of places. Not us, we just stay here.

ReplyDeleteThere are mulch people? We always thought the mulch people were the humans who lived here...you know, with all the HBO words that day. Mulch people sound like a very good idea.
