ManCat Monday

Even the stupidest cat seems to know more than any dog. - Eleanor Clark

Yup, we cats know our stuff. We stay indoors to potty, always nice in cold weather. Dogs drool, cats rule!

Our snow won't last long, the sun is out and starting to melt what little fell on the ground. It may not be super warm, but the sun is higher in the sky and melts stuff purrty fast. It got above freezing on Sunday, that helps too.
Speaking of the sun, it is getting far enuf north that it is peaking in our big windows that go to the floor. I rarely nap here during the winter, but now that the sun is coming back, it is a nice place to hang out. Mum is nearby in her chair reading or doing whatever.
Plus I have to snoopervise her knitting. She is still working on making hats. Two went off to people last week and they got them. Two more are done, and she is working on this one. It keeps her hands bizzy.
Crashcar started and Mr Oscar was yesterday too. I didn't watch either of them!

Have a good week everyone.

  1. Well the 'stupidest cat' is a relative term, of course, Ducky. The stupidest cat is still very smart indeed, whereas the smartest woofie is still only a woofie: noisy, smelly and of no interest. Glad that we see eye to eye on this.

  2. Combining sunpuddle napping with supervising is a tall order!

Tommy would just like to mention that it did hurt his feeling a tiny little bit to read what you wrote... We love our Tommy and we think he is very intelligent!

  3. The stupidest cat is still smarter than a lot of humans! Well, maybe except Boodie. She's not very bright, even in dog terms.

  4. Wow, our mom does not knit although she sews and it's fun snoopervising when there's a lot of spools to play with.

  7. I am glad the sun puddles are coming back. They are even reaching the corner of the big bed now so that is where I go in the afternoons.
