ManCat Monday

I was only a small child when the seeds of cat enchantment were sown within me. - May Eustace

Mum and I had a wonderful weekend. We played, ate and napped the weekend away! Yep, mum played lots with me she bought me a new toy, like I don't have enough already! While you saw my stash on Friday, those are the treats, foods and toys that mum hasn't gotten out for me. I have lots of toys to play with scattered all over the house, under the chair, under the beds. Here is my regular foods, the crunchie bin is about half full.
But there aren't any more out in the spare bin in the metal monster room. But mum went shopping here, the only place that sells the bigger bags of foods.
So now the storage can in the metal monster room is full. Ahhhh, mum won't be running out of foods for me anytime soon.

The toy is a three in one toy, as it came with three different attachments. I like the bright shiny one the best, but mum says I shouldn't try to eat it. I might end up with sparkly poops!
So she kept it out but put the fevver attachment on so I can continue to play but not eat the toy.
Then on Saturday mum got out her Christmas pressie of the DVD of WALL-E and we watched the movie. Sunday, more naps and playing. Plus mum readed her book and worked on her crow-shay.

Plus a big, wonderful shout out to Miss Lynn. She has taken care of me and is a furiend of mum's. She starts her new jobbie today. She was getting laid off by big, mega company for her old position, but she applied for a different jobbie and got it. Whew, no days of unemployment!!! Good luck Miss Lynn.

  1. Hey...sparkly poops sound festive! You should try it, just to see! And take pictures if it works, 'cause that's a poop we'd all like to see!

  2. You and Max have me really giggling about sparkly poop. I think you just might have enough toys to keep yourself amused, Derby, and enough food to last for a long time, just in case you get snowed in.

  3. Wow Derby, wouldn't it be cool just to dive in to that big cannister of food???

  5. We looked in our food bins and we need to send our Mommy for supplies. Thank you for helping us to remember to remind her. She is very forgetful.

We likes your toy with all the attachments. Sparkly poop would be funny, but maybe not very good for you. ~S,S,C & F

  8. We are very pleased about the news of your friend Miss Lynn. That is good. Being laid off right now is scary!

  9. You have a smart mum. Sometimes those sparkly things can cause problems in the tummy (so I've heard). I think some of the people that design some cat toys have never had cats!

I'm glad you have a good supply of food and poop-sand.

  15. I am amazed that Little Isis doesn't have glittery poops, the way she eats christmas ornaments in the store...
I get our big bonus size bags of crunchies at PetSmart, too - and it is the only place I can find unscented FreshStep for Spooker.
Glad you got a cool new toy!
