Blinks and Bonks

Most everyone knows that we kitties will bonk heads to show affection. But did you also know that we 'blink' to show affection? It is a subtle sign with both eyes half way closed. Do you do this to your beans?
Not sure if Ducky is blinking or just falling asleep here!

Mum came home early from work today and climbed right back into bed. Ducky jumped up to sit on her and purr. She sounds like she has lots of rocks in her voice, lots of sneezy's, blowing stuff out of her nose. She got up long enough to eat a bit and is ready to head back to the sleepy spot again.

Just so you know mum is furry safe when she plays in traffic. She just directs traffic and makes sure drivers have all of their safety stuff on before they are allowed out on the track to go fast. Then for race time they take the qualifying times and makes sure they get lined up correctly.

She does not drive a racy car. She says she doesn't have enough green papers to do that, really doeesn't have any desire to do so even if she had enough green papers. After all these years she says the best part is seeing her furiends that she has made over the many years.

  1. My mom knows about the bonks but didn't know about the blinks. I don't know why, though--I do it to her all the time!

Hope your mum feels better soon!

  3. It was awfully nice of you to purr on her because, really, the hoominz are disgusting when they have stuff coming outta their noses.

  15. Didn't know about the blinks. Mom says she will have to watch for it now. She thinks my cousin Audrey does it, but not so much me. Audrey definitely does the head bonk thing.
