Power Of Purrs

Hi all it's Ducky. We did it gang. Grampie is back home from the hospital. The lady went and got him today. He has to take more pills, but if that helps is heart work better then that is great.

In other news there is this male human hanging out here and sleeping the the spare room. Derby say that is Uncle Flip. He came to help mum finish packing up stuff. They get to move the furniture tomorrow and some of it will be coming here. We already have lots of extra boxes, full boxes, of stuff all around the house. None of it is fun to play with, no kittie toys.

Plus we got another mouse tonight. The lady wented to the concert in the park, then to pick up Uncle Flip from Grampies. We had it waiting for her when she came home.

Mum says thanks for the hugs, she needed them. She is tired but once everything is out of the apartment, then she can concentrate on just sorting through all of the stuff she brought over here. She says Grampie is a pack rat! Ohhh, a rat.

Happy Holiday weekend to all of our US buddies.

  7. Good news for your Grampie! Mommy says it's scary having an ill parent...she sends love and hugs to your Mum.

Mommy's Great Uncle Tom's house was SO FULL of stuff when he passed that when the family went to sort thru the house, there was stuff up to the ceilings with only small pathways to walk!

  10. What great news! It's no fun when grampies are sick. We never get anything exciting like mice here, just ladybugs and flies.

  15. Oh the Human and I are both so glad to hear Grampie is better and home again! And how thoughtful of you to have a mousie waiting for your Lady! Hope that all the unpacking and sorting isn't too much work for the Lady and the Uncle, but it really sounds like a LOT of potential fun for you!

  16. We just read about your Grandpa!! We are turning on the purrs and prayers he makes a complete and full recovery. My mommy uses a "pill gun" to help me take my pills, but the old woofies took theirs in a chunk of cheese. Maybe that will help him
I'm glad your mommy has help and you'll have an extra set of petting hands. purrrrs
