Since we kitties are nature's beauty, we know all about decorating the house. We can give you lots and lots of tips. So today, for our buddy Alfie, we are joining in Shabby Chic Day.
Our tip comes to help you put the rugs on the floor to add interest.
This is how mum like the rugs, flat, boring, dull. No sense of adventure.
This is how we prefer them. Askew, rumpled and fun. Places to where our toy mousies can hide, then we can pounce on them when we find them.Here you can see Ducky hard at work getting the rugs, just so. Fun to play with, tunnel under, and just right for us. This is much better and as soon as mum makes them boring, we go right back to making them fun.

ReplyDeleteI do like your work with the rug, boys. We don't have a suitable rug for me to do that with, but over the weekend my Dad was doing some painting, and I did that decorating technique on the sheets he used to cover part of the carpet. It was fun!

That's a great decor tip! We don't have rugs that are lightweight enough for us to do that, either, but gees, we think the mom should get some! Thanks for the decor lesson!
