Mini ManCat Monday

As anyone who has ever been around a cat for any length of time well knows, cats have enormous patience with the limitations of the human mind. - Cleveland Amory

HiYa Ducky here. Mum and I had a nice weekend. Lots of snuggles and sleeps. Play time and naps. Mum even napped a bit during feetsball game, but not the Packer game.

Derby is back home. Seems mum stopped on the way back home on Caturday to get him since they were right by the 'mergency vet office. Save her a trip on another day.
Two boxes, both with treasures inside.

A Paw Print, but mum has to call about where the easel is. A small mahogany box.
Mum picked out a spot in the case where we have our stuffies and other goodies we have gotten from some of you. Some of the things are Grampies that peoples gave him.

Mum pulled out his old collar with his tag on it, plus the butterfly that he loved that came from Angel Praline.

Lone Star Cats asked if mum drove into a gecko or chameleon. Well more of a snow monster! A BEE-LIZZARD! Mum says she never, ever wants to have to drive in that kind of weather again.

A blizzard is a severe snowstorm characterized by strong sustained winds of at least 56 km/h (35 mph) and lasting for a prolonged period of time – typically three hours or more. A ground blizzard is a weather condition where snow is not falling but loose snow on the ground is lifted and blown by strong winds.
Here is me while I was sitting on mum over the weekend. Making sure she was getting all calm and relaxed. Well as much as she can anyway.

Feetsball Report

The Packers - they beat them Cowboys, ARodg did ok even with a lame leg. So they are headed west next to play some Seahawks and former Bucky Badger QB Russel

The Broncos - Mr Peyton and company will be heading home for the season. So the horses from Indy will be headed off to play the guys named Pat.

  6. Bring Derby home was probably pretty emotional for your mum, Ducky, so I'm glad you gave her your calm demeanor over the weekend.

  13. It's good to have Derby home. Big purrs to you and your Mom.

And tell your Mom we never heard of a ground blizzard before. (But then again, we are Florida cats and never saw snow, either.)
