SHEESH, She messed up the time again!
Geshundheit! Bless you, Mr or Mrs Lion. Mum even called me her little lion a few weeks ago. It was on the news that there was a lion wandering around our area. Even a couple of grainy pictures of something larger and feline.
Supposedly the lion was near where we lived AND someplace miles away at the same time. Mum said her little lion was right where he was supposed to be. Home napping in the sun.
Mum made grilled beast and eggy plant on Sunday. First time in a long time. Seems the eggy plants haven't looked good in the store.
Purrfect medium rare, thanks mum for sharing with me. You know I love grilled beast.
Pre-Season Feetsball
The Pack played The Steelers - Just like a regular weekend game they played on Sunday. So mum did her normal Sunday AM stuff to time out that she is good for being ready for Noon kickoff times. She did OK.
However the Pack didn't do as well. They lost and may also have lost one of their really good ball catcher guys to a knee injury, maybe for the entire season. That means everyone else needs to step up and fill in. Or it will be a really long season.
Update: Mr Jordy will be out all season with a knee injury.
We get sightings of wild animals here too, usually panthers or lions, and the usual grainy photos. It always turns out to be someone's large pet kitty.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you enjoyed your roast beast.
Have a great week!

Things have changed so much lately, with coyotes in Pennsylvania and mountain lions out West, we wouldn't be surprised to learn about real wild cats in Wisconsin. Stay safe!
ReplyDeleteThat grill beast looked really good, Ducky. Our mouths were watering.
ReplyDeleteMy human says she lives with three wild cats! Not sure how I feel about that.
ReplyDeleteYer lucky yer Pack isnt playing our Washington Footballer team this year. Your guys would get all worn out scoring touchdowns!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you got some choice noms, Ducky!
ReplyDeleteWe've just had bears and coyotes here. Not that we've seen any ourselves, but they do come in from the mountains I think for Starbucks or something. People get all bent out of shape.
ReplyDeleteHeck, we haven't even seen any rabbits this year! The resident roadrunner came by twice, but that's been about it.
Great noms. You seem to enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
I's gettin hungry lookin at your noms!
ReplyDeleteWe likes that quote! You is a furry handsome little lion too Ducky.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
