ManCat Monday

If there is one spot of sun spilling onto the floor, a cat will find it and soak it up. - Joan Asper McIntosh

We had a bit of sun on Caturday afternoon, but not a huge amount to nap it. Here is a picture mum took while she was outside on Caturday taking the Christmouse lights down.
Here are the lights and all the other stuff for outside bad inside the bag and mum got it down to the dungeon until next November. A couple of the strings weren't working right. Mum replaced the fuses and they still didn't work, so she just tossed them out after saving a few of the lights for spares.
Mum did get all her chores she had planned to do done, plus a couple extra so she is happy. She even had time to take a nice nap on Caturday afternoon. Yep, I snoozed with her.
So mum finished her Sunday stuff and sat down to read. I sat on the tower to keep an eye on her. Then we sat and watched fevvers or she readed a book too.
Happy new month, it is February. Me and mum get to cellybrate this month. Stay tuned.

  9. You & mom had a good weekend of mostly relaxing. Taking down the Chrisymouse lights - not so much. The sun didn't make much of an appearance at our place either. The photo of your cloudy sky looks pretty much like ours did all weekend. We are missing our sun puddles a lot. Mom says we should be grateful that at least the days are getting longer and it is doesn't get dark now until 5 PM - Whoopie! Doesn't take much to get us excited. Speaking of excitement, we can't wait to hear what it is you will be cellybrating this month. Guess we'll just have to wait until you tell us the details. We love good surprises! Stay warm Ducky and if you happen to find a sun puddle - soak it up.
