Hello and Welcome to Garden Thursday with Virginger, Glimmer and Trooper.
Our feature plant of the week are the ally-ums. They are purrty purple flowers, sort of spikey like balls. They are related to the garlic family of plants. Sometimes we get some that are a bit white than purple, but we like them anyway.
Chip the monk has shown up in the past week. Hadn't seen him around, he was waiting for mum not to be looking, then waltz right on by her on the patio!
Our favorite mancat, Ducky, enjoying the big doors being open and getting lots of fresh airs. We can have a nice cat with him and catch up on all the inside news.
Our tree, all bright green and leafed out. Yeah, spring is here, we like it. Mum says the farmer fields are growing too. The corn and soybeans are growing!
That is all for this week. Love, Virginger, Glimmer and Trooper.

ReplyDeleteLuv da alliums!
ReplyDeleteOh those are some pretty flowers!
ReplyDeleteThe ally-ums look bootiful. We should plant some here. We dont have anny chip's friends around here. Mebbe we have too many evil skwerls.
ReplyDeleteThat stuff looks purty. We mostly has cement. But don't worry Ducky: I am only on strike till Caturday.
ReplyDeleteThose alliums add a nice bit of colour. We don't get chippies here, but me and mum came face to face with a half grown badger in the field two days ago. She picked me up and wouldn't let me chase him.
