Garden Thursday

Hello and welcome to Garden Thursday with Virginger, Glimmer, Trooper and Fleur.

We have not seen that kitty who passed through last week. Must have had someplace to be and was just passing through.

Mum is upset at the sqwerls! They wreaked her cute little bird feeder. Her is mum's first picture when she put it out back in February. All shiny, all the bits and bobs attached.
Mum got up the other day, all that was left was the round circle hanging,,,,,
then little bowl part was laying on the ground. Mum tried to fix but....
it didn't look very good. So maybe she needed something new.
So here is the new little feeder, hopefully it will last longer that the last one. Plus mum found this little sock thingy that holds mean worms for birds. She just put it out, so don't know if we will be seeing different birds.
Yep, we still have flowers, here are the cone flowers and a day lily from the back.
That is enuf for now. Hope you enjoyed the flowers and well, the feeder issue.

Love, Virginger, Glimmer, Trooper and Fleur.

  4. Dumb squirrels! We're sorry they broke that pretty feeder. They ruin stuff for everyone!

  5. The raccoons are the worst here - they will carry off the feeder (especially the suet cages) and even bent the metal screen feeders I use !

  6. That was very rude of the squirrels to break your bird feeder.
Your day lily is pretty. I spent a couple hours last weekend pulling all the browned leaves off ours.

  7. Evil Skwerls are, well, Evil! Ours is up a pole with a 20" round baffle below it and a barrel baffle right below that. No Evil Skwerl had defeated it yet!

  8. Those evil squirrels must be from Chicago! Bet the birds will have a field day with those worms!
