ManCat Monday

If you would know what a cat is thinking about, you must hold its paw in your hand for a long time.  - Jules Champfleury

I don't like mum to hold my paw. She does sometimes but not for long. So that means mum will never know what I am thinking about.

I guess we found the hour in the clock, although mum was gone and had put out extra crunchies for me. She got home yesterday in time for lunch. Something about a banquet and awards for one of the racy groups. Far enuf way that she goes with other peoples and then stays overnight at their house. This is where she goes for Turkey Day too.
So I spend my time in my ham-mick, staying where the warms flow under my body keeping me warms. Mum says she missed me sleeping with her as the bed she was sleeping in she was too warm with the heavy blankie and not quite warm enuf with just a sheet. Said she could have used some of my warms.

Plus mum says she has another banquet to go in a few weeks, plus she got an invite to a sur-prize 50th purrthday part coming up soon. Party, party, party girl!

  4. You keep your paws away from your mum and keep her guessing about what goes on inside your head, Ducky.

  8. We dont know about the "paw-holding" idea. When TBT holds our paws, the claws come out. UNLESS he wants to clip them!

  9. You look very comfy in your ham-mick. Flynn used to like me holding his paw.

  11. Some of my cats like their paws held sometimes. Oscar likes to put his paw on top of my hand.
But we don't do it all the time. I probably like it better than they do.
