Mancat Monday

One is never sure, watching two cats washing each other, whether it's affection, the taste, or a trial run for the jugular. - Helen Thomson

Yeah, I used to think about that when Derby wanted to get friendly. I have video proof.

Mum left me again overnight, when she got home Caturday evening she was super happy to be home after driving through snow and icky roads. We just spent a nice time cuddling when she got home.  Then after she crawled into the sleepy spot I joined her and purred her to sleep.

Yep, we have snow and lots of it again and I guess it will be sticking around. It is supposed to be cold and a bit snow this week again. However, the sun is getting to the point of coming back north it is coming in the windows on the back side of the house. That makes us happy.

Final Feetsball Report

The winner of the Stouper Bowl is The Philly Eagles. Me and mum are happy and we did watch. She wasn't that wowed by the commercials. The game was interesting, going down the the last seconds. Plus one of the Bucky Badger players Corey Clement did a good job. We voted for him to be MVP, but he didn't win.

Happy week!

  2. I think you and Derby were buds, Ducky, just a little fractious at times! My human didn't pay any attention to the Super Bowl or the commercials, and especially not half time. She understands that Justin Timberlake wanted to pay homage to Prince, but frankly, Prince's own halftime show many years ago was the best, and he should have just left it at that.

  3. Derby was a very vigorous licker, wasn't he? And I was a bit nervous watching his back legs - concerned that he might just start getting stuck into you!

  9. We have the same weather that you do! Don't mind the cold so much, but can do without the snow. Am hoping that February goes as fast as January did!

  10. Those videos are priceless! When Ivan and Izzy start washing each other, it always ends with Mom going "Boys!" to stop the nipping!
