Kittie Sleepings

Mum found the following somewhere. To keep us from waking you up at OhDarkThirty, try the following.

1 Make home as lightproof as possible so that it is hard for us to tell the time.

2 Tire us out with evening games

3 Feed us our biggest meal before bedtime

4 Buy and automatic feeder to deliver breakfast

At best mum does the second one as once mum gets home and has her dinner, then we can have play time. She does put out foods at her bedtime too and usually there is food left in the morning, so we don't have to wake her up early to gets more noms.

Mum is pretty much back to walking normal again, the achy is going away. Maybe this weekend she will get all finished with the outside work. One last use of the grass eating monster.
Mum is looking forward to the weekend already!

  2. We figure you guys are OK with at least the last 3 items on that list. Is that why you're hanging around the fridge?

  4. Great spot to snoopervise the kitchen area. You mommie is smart at finding ways that you two cannot wake her up early. Bet that makes her happy to catch a little extra zzzzs.

  6. I'm glad your human is doing better and getting back to normal! I don't like number one of these suggestions - who wants to live in a dungeon with no sun puddles and no Bird TV?! Some silly human must have thought that one up.

  7. Hmmm, those are interesting ideas but seriously, do they expect us to NOT wake them up whenever we want to? This time of year we like to step on Moms head in an effort to get under the covers around 4am. Hey, it's getting chilly at night!

  12. Howdy!!!!!!!!

Mama says making the room darker seems to work. I woke mama at 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday.....due to our move there are no drapes on the windows yet, so she put up a temporary quilt to darken the room.....and I didn't wake her that early this morning!!!

  13. Mom could try those things, but I think we'd still start clamoring in the hallway about 4:30AM.

  14. We are glad your mum's aches are getting better. Our mum gives us half our supper at the normal time and the other half when she goes to bed to try and stop us waking her up. Sometimes it works.
