Joy in looking and comprehending is nature's most beautiful gift. - Albert Einstein
We had a nice weekend. Mum cleaned as best she could. She got the sticky off the kitchen floor, so no more "snnith, snnack, snnith, snnnack" as Savannah said last Monday.
She didn't get to the ceiling. She didn't get her new sponges from the store until Sunday and then it was all cloudy. Not enough light to really see what she was doing, so it will wait.
We didn't do much beside nap, it was a nice weekend to nap. Mum even napped too on Caturday and Sunday. But she did something strange. She woke herself up in the middle of the night, went outside and stared up at the stars!
She was outside looking for shooting stars and she did see some. We snoopervised from inside in the sleepy room window. After an hour she came inside and said she did see some shooting stars and made some wishes on them.
Ducky napping this weekend. It was cool so all curled up to be warms.
Derby inspecting mum's new mug that she won for reading a book a few weeks ago. Was a good day for a cup of tea.
Have a good week everyone.
Ooo I hope she made a wish for TUNAS!
ReplyDeleteHow cool that your human saw some shooting stars!
ReplyDeleteWe had somehow missed reading the post about the drink explosion, so went back and found it. Glad the thstickies are gone from the floor. So nice about the shooting stars.
ReplyDeleteGlad your mum was able to get the nasty stickies all cleaned up. The Beans went outdoors to look for shooting stars too but it was too cloudy.
ReplyDeleteIt's cool your peep saw the shooting stars! Our head peep forgot and went to bed. Peeps don't seem to understand that all the cool things happen at night.
ReplyDeleteI think she probably wished that someone else would come over and clean the ceiling.
ReplyDeleteAnd how come she won a prize for reading a book? Was it one with lots of long words or something?
