::MEOW::
Hello Virginger here. Not much to report this week. Mum has been bizzy and we have had the hots. So she is not doing much outside in the yard.
But the grapes are growing. They haven't started to turn purple yet. When they do, mum has to call her furiend who wants to make jelly from the grapes. Soon mum says.
So that it all.
Love, Virginger
Does your mum have to protect the grapes from being eaten by critters, Virginger?

ReplyDeletevirginger...forget de jelly N stik ta de wine makin !!!
ReplyDeleteWe saw wine!!!! We're on our way over :-)
ReplyDeleteAre you sure those are grapes? They look like little cat toys to me!
ReplyDeleteThe grapes look great. I can't grow fruit myself, they seem to require a lot af spraying and I try to stay organic. And grapes bring back bad childhood memories of the grape trellis/tunnel that was always filled with aggressive wasps. So I get my fruit from Safeway and my grapes in the form of Zinfandel. ReplyDeleteGrape jelly?
ReplyDeleteMommy says YUM!
Mmmm, fresh grapes, jelly... My dad's drooling already!
ReplyDeleteDad says he used to pick grapes with his grandpeeps and loved summer time with all the different fruits and berries.
ReplyDeleteYou're grapes are looking good. They'll be plump & juicy soon. We're in California and grow a few of the same plants you do. We have Chinese lantern plants and think they have very pretty flowers.
