Yep we cats have wonderful eyes. Mum amembers that many years ago Derby wrote a haiku about his eyes. There was a haiku war going on at the time. It was this.
So I am a cat
There is no doubt of that fact
Wisdom in mine eyes.
Pretty good Derbs, and the picture that prompted him to write these words was his picture of Angel Derby that I used as a puzzle on Caturday. He did have good looking eyes!
Here is a picture of the whole completed blankie that mum finished last week. After she took the picture she folded it up nice and put it away for giving away in the future.
Yes, she started another one, here is what she had done as we sat down to watch the Packers play on Sunday afternoon. It kept her hands bizzy so she wasn't eating during the game.
Feetsball Report
The Pack clipped the wings of the Eagles. They looked purrty good like it was going to be an easy game, then all of a sudden the other guys started doing good and scoring points. Mum started saying words from the bad word list. The Pack then got their act together and scored again and caught a ball from the other team. That helped. ARodg also threw for his 400th TD, the fastest any QB has made it to that milestone.
Still no snow on the ground here.
