Melting

Beautiful Day for us today. Here are some pictures that show all of that white stuff is starting to go away.
This is when mum first got up and went to get her newsy paper from outside about 7:30 in the morning.
This is about 1 PM.
This is about 4 PM.
This is around 4 PM and Mr Moon was showing his face.
Mum was watching the thingy she has that tells her how hot or cold it is, we got to 49F at our house, the official weather place got to 53F. So she went and opened the windows in the kitchen for me, not all the way but enough to breathe in the fresh air.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

  1. It only got up to 34 today but at least the wind has dropped. We don't go outdoors much right now because it is too cold. When we do, mum laughs at us because when we come back in. all our furrs are floofed out to keep us warm.

  2. Nothin' like a big ol' whiff of fresh air to make a man cat feel like a man cat. It's always great to have spring-like weather steal days from winter. We had the same kind of weather today, and it's supposed to be warmer tomorrow. Bring it on...

  5. You look very sweet breathing in the fresh air. It is still too cold here for that, I think.

  7. We got to have our windows open today too and breathe in the fresh airs. Mom says she did it to get rid of all the kitty fart smells. Hahaha Mom! We loves the pictures of you sniffing the fresh airs.

  9. Snow is the prettiest when it is warming up and you know it isn't going to last very long. You are so lucky that your mom let you sniff the outdoor air.

  13. We got a little fresh air yesterday too! It was so wonderful to have that window cracked! We may get rain later! That will help the snow melt, then it will probably freeze over night and make the morning commute trecherous!

  14. Derby, did you notice that the clock behind your mom's temperature thingy is an hour behind the one on the temperature thingy?

I'm so glad it's warming up for you guys..mom's gonna be connecting through Heathrow in a few days and was hoping there wouldn't be any problems.

  15. We never see snow like that! It is very pretty, but I think you are probably real tired of it and ready for Spring. I hope it comes soon for you!

  17. You look so happy smelling the fresh air, Derby! I am glad you have some nice weather. It was fairly fine this afternoon and mum did some clearing up in the garden to get out and have some fresh air. We still have ice on our pond so it can't be that warm but the snow is nearly all gone here.
