Little Runt

Mum let the little runt out of his quarentine tonight and let him wander around the main part of the house. I pretty much stay on him the whole time, chasing and wrassling with him. At one point I made him yelp, them mum put him back into the sleepy room. Now I have mum to myself on the couch. But I am sure she will go and spend time with him tonight and watch 'Lympics.
Last night Mum has us together for about an hour in the sleepy room. Since we didn't have as much room not much chasing, but lots of wrassling. I even ate his foods for him since he still had crunchies in his bowl.

Mum did finish her knitting project the other night, but still has to finish off all of the ends on the back side where the color changes.
Hey that little runt is all over the place, this is my blog, my picture should be here.
Yeah, my life is upside down these days!

  14. Derby, the new brother sounds very annoying, except for the part where you got to eat his food.

  15. You know, Derby old friend, look at it this way. There is an upside to this whole thing 'cause you've been elevated to the position of Senior Cat now, and I can speak from authority that it's the best position to be in! You get to teach your younger brother the way things are done in your house. And after a time Ducky will idolize you, just like Max does me!

  16. Derby! You've got a new brother! Man, go away a little bit and miss everything. I think your mommy should get you one of the awesome things she got me. Yours could have a roof on it to keep Ducky in.

I'm sure once he knows that you are the big brother and King of the Castle, he'll be a good snuggle friend. You can do the Great Backyard Bird Count together next year!
