Even if you have just destroyed a Ming vase, purr. Usually all will be forgiven. - Lenny Rubenstein
Umm, I don't think I have destroyed anything while I have been here. I am a good kittie. However I do remember being told by Derby that mum threatened him with caticide for breaking her Galileo thermometer. You can read all about his exploits here!
Me and mum had a quiet weekend. She did go out to eat on Caturday with Miss Lynn. They went to a place they hadn't been to in a while. She brought chick-hen home as leftovers. Yum. We haven't eaten them yet. Mum didn't want to eat chick-hen two days in a row. I don't know why not mum, it is good for me, I mean you.
Don't hold your breath on seeing me in a finished hat. Mum has tried to get a pic with me in a hat many times. She has failed and will continue to fail, cuz I don't want to wear a hat.
Happy week everyone.
It looks like you're having a real belly laugh at the thought of your mum trying to get you to pose in a hat. It's not funny, Ducky! All your fans want to see it.

I also think it looks like you are laughing at the thought of you in a hat!
ReplyDeleteDucky, I hope you've had your chick-hen leftovers by now! Okay, okay...so you don't want to wear a hat...maybe a nice bowtie instead?!? LOL!
ReplyDeleteWell chicken was kind of a nice way to finish up the weekend Ducky!
ReplyDeleteChicken two days in a row? I'd call that a win! Your human is crazy.
ReplyDeletedood...NOE IT IZ KNOT......
ReplyDeletewe noe oh what we speek !!!
☺☺♥♥
come to our house! We often have chicken FIVE days in a row!
ReplyDeleteDon't blame you one bit, Ducky, about not wanting to wear one of those hats.
ReplyDeleteWe don't blame you on that hat business, Ducky! Enjoy your chicken, whenever you get it.
ReplyDeleteThough we bet you would look good in a hat, we don’t blame you for not wanting to wear one.
ReplyDeleteThe Human says your Mom should sneak up on you while you are very deeply asleep and put the hat on you then. *I* think that would be VERY wrong, of course. Surprisingly, I am a very delicate-footed kitty and have almost never broken anything, unlike most of my predecessors. She thinks I am polite, but the troof is I do not care for loud crashes.
ReplyDeleteWe have certainly destroyed things TBT liked. Completely innocently, of course. Well maybe out of curiosity. OK, OK, things that BREAK when they fall are fascinating...
ReplyDeleteThe Lava Lamp was probably the best. There is a wall next to the stairs. On the room above, there was a stereo cabinet the same height. On the stereo cabinet was our toy chest (like 2 shoeboxes stacked). And the top was open.
Ayla jumped onto the toy chest and her slight weight made the box tip back. The top of the toy chest hit the Lava Lamp. The stairway landing was 8' below. It was a NOISEY crash and we were all pretty impressed. TBT was horrified.
Don't get him wrong, it went there was all that broken glass and icky liquid between us and the litterboxes, so he cleaned it up right away.
Snowshovels and squeegees can be really useful for messies. And he bought a new Lava Lamp a few days later. And moved the toy box...
