Hey everyone, welcome to Thursday. It has been bright and sunny and melty here this week. Most important you can see in this picture.
Do you see it? Yes?! It's an open window! Yippee! Mum went into the kitch-hen to make her lunch yesterday and opened this up just a little bit. While she was getting her lunch made I jumped up to check it out. Mum came over and took my picture. Mum left it open for the rest of the day too.
The pics are of our yard, we get lots of snow and you can see that the snow has melted back away from the street on our side. Plus the edge of the drive has reached the first tree. Other places are getting thin too.
Mum has seen a couple of spring birds too, but not every day. Even so it is nice to see the fevvers are feeling it is OK to come back north.
Supposed to get warmer next week.
Puzzles, one of me and two that mum took when she was in France at Giverney.
Stay safe, stay healthy, wear a mask, get the vaccine when you can.

Nice windowsill sun puddle spot, Ducky. And double yays for the open window. Dad was painting yesterday and the house he was in was toasty warm, but he had the windows wide open in the room he was painting. I think everyone is just about ready for some nice warm spring weather everywhere.
ReplyDeleteWe love open windows!!
