Hello and Welcome to the garden. The hots have left for now, but we had multiple rounds of rain, some wind, lightning. Places nearby had it much worse, they had tornados.
This pic was from last week but this week it was up to 3.5 inches this week so far. Thankfully no floods here in our yard, but not to far away rivers are out of there banks. Mum went to get her head fur trimmed yesterday and she could tell lots of retention ponds were full if not overfull. So no real flower pics, they have been drowned!
Mum says we can do the final report on the library program. They finished off the full 88 piano keys as of August 13. Mum says that was 76 days, but with Sunday and holidays it was actually open only 64 days. So that mean for every day 1,375 books per day. That is purrty good.
So that is our report for now. See you soon.
Wow - that is some rain. Does the humidity make your mum's head fur go all frizzy? LOL

Glad y'all didn't have tornadoes!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a summer for the record books, that's for sure. Including, our electric bill which is in record-breaking territory due to use of the a/c and fans. But...it's better than the cold, imho.
ReplyDeleteThat's practically a whole year of rain for us! (We have had better rainfall this year, though.) Good on your mum's library's program!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of rain. We've gotten hardly any recently.
