Eat different prey to enhance different aspects of Feng Shui. Mice represents domestic tranquillity. Birds allow the adventurous spirit to take flight. To enhance sexuality, take sustenance from a bird with red plumage.

Mum would have a fit if I tried to eat any of the outside birdies. I like Mr Cardinal and don't think I want to eat him. Mice, well, mum is happier if we don't have any around the house. But I haven't eaten them, only killed them. Then I give to mum and she puts them in a special spot out in the metal monster room. I never see them again.

Sorry, I have been sort of MIA this week. Mum's puter died and I am sneaking this in through her work puter. ::Sigh:: Hope to be back soon. Mum is trying to decide if she has enough green papers to maybe get a new puter.
You have RED BIRDS! You are so lucky, Derby. Red is my favorite color and birds are my friends!
ReplyDeletewe haf missed you Derby - we is sorry your mum's puter died. we hope it gets better soon
ReplyDeleteGweat fengshui wisdom there!
ReplyDeleteI must wet mine Mummy wead this!
Then perhaps she could awwow more birds into our house.
Very good fang shui. I'm glad you were able to sneak it on the work computer. It would be horrible to miss out on my Friday tip!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good tip, Mr Derby!!! But we live high up and get no mousies, and the birds won't land on my balcony no matter how politely I invite them. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteYou're very good to catch the mousies and give them to your mum. I'd eat them.

I think lizards represent sneakiness. Or scaliness.
ReplyDeleteI hope your computer gets fixed soon!
Ack! A dead mousie!
ReplyDeleteGood Feng Shui as always.

Oh I understand about being away from the puter. I've been quite distant myself - not that I want to be at all. I've missed my friends! :)
ReplyDeleteI love birds. They are my friends. But I love to chase mice. I kill them but my Mommy won;t let me eat them. She says I could get a disease rom them. So she throws them out. Ouch!
ReplyDeleteThe red cardinal is beautiful we don't get any birds like that in Wimbledon. Red means danger so I guess that means you can't eat him. FAZ
ReplyDeleteHmmmm....is the part about eating the red bird with red plumage the same as men of a certain age buying red sportscars? -SSS's Mom
ReplyDeleteAww Derby, our mom just went through a computer death, so we feel for ya.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Virginger & PFE are enjoying the summer!
We haf those delish red birds, too! But I nefur gotted to catch a real mouse. I pracktis wif my toy mousies, just in case.
ReplyDeleteBonnie an I haf tagged you fur the middle name meme! Be glad you don't haf a sisfur to do it wif!
PS hope yur puter is better or replaced soon!
ReplyDeleteWe just survived that. Our computer died. Fortunately we have a really good family friend who builds them. With a lot of Diet Pepsi, a few choice words, and a couple of weeks, he was able to get it running better than before. So we know your pain.
ReplyDeleteThat red color is very, um, enticing. I can't believe you're able to catch mice; I've never even seen one!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Good luck with getting a new computer!
Oh yes. Our Mom would be very upset if we ate one of our red feather birdies. But since we never go out, that's not likely to happen. The mice that get into the house she doesn't care if we kill, but she doesn't want us to eat those either. Germs!
ReplyDeleteOh Derby, you must have a 'puter to talk to everyone!! Wal Mart sells them pretty cheap, but Mom got our last one at Office Depot at a good price.
