Fang Shui Friday

Napping in the correct place is important for tranquility. Always choose freshly washed, neatly folded laundry to nap on.

  1. Hi Derby! Thanks for visiting my blog the other day. I'll add you to my bookmark so I can keep up with you.

Clean laundry is nice to nap on but for some reason Pumpy and I really go for smelly dirty clothes. Just last week the man servant put his fleece jacket on a chair after he had played tennis and I'm not kidding -- we slept on that thing all week long it smelled so good.

I hope you have a nice Christmas.

  2. That's a good one, Derby. Nice warm clothes fresh from the dryer are a real kitty magnet.

  3. Great tip! It's always best fresh out of the dryer, too, because then it's warm!

  4. Since my Agent is so lazy she keeps her clean laundry in the basket longer than she should, I like this tip!

Merry Christmas, Derbster! May you and yours have a relaxing holiday filled with fresh-laundry naps!

  5. I like Momma's dirty laundry, cuz it smells like her. I rub my face on it and make a toasty bed and snuggle cuz sometimes she is too busy to cuddle me.

  7. Sometimes Fang Sui just takes a little common sense. How could anyone NOT figure this out?

  12. Yes, and make sure is is a color where any hair you leave behind will be easily seen.

  13. If not freshly laundered clothes, then a freshly laundered quilt just out of the dryer. Now, that's real comfort!

  14. Hi Derby, sorry we hasn't been around for awhile. We'z been bizy fixin up our sisfur with a boyfrend. Well, yoo know that. We like the fresh laundy too, but will settle for dirty stuff if there isn't anything fresh from the dryer. Yoo and yer mom have a wonderful Christmas. Hope Sandy Claws grants all yoor wishes.

  15. Hmm ... "neatly folded" doesn't happen very fast in our household, so we tend to jump into a heap fresh from the dryer. Is that okay in fang shui?
    Happy Catmas!

  17. That sounds like good cat advice, Derby. I tend to concentrate on leaving hairs on what my humans are actually wearing though.

I like the presents your mum got, they look nice. At my mum's school where she teaches they did a Secret Santa and she got a red scarf, a pen and a notebook. Then she got tons of chocolate from the kids in her class.

I am in Devon. I am traumatised. I am hiding behind the sofa. I think my fang shui is disturbed.
