Humans are linked to things by finger prints. But not us kitties, not even our paw prints. What can give us away? Our noses.
A cat most distingushing feature is the unique pattern of ridges on the nose pad.
Wow, that is interesting. Plus my nose is different in that it isn't even all the same color. It has a ligher pink splotch that goes across the pad.
I sure hope the Feline Bureau of Investigation (FBI) doesn't have my nose on file.

Yeah. We leave our nose prints on all the hard clear surfaces in case we are lost.
