I spent my day catching as much sun as I could. Mum was all bundled up when she lefted for work, so it must of been cold outside. Since I stay inside, I don't care.
No, 3-4 inches of snow isn't much for Whiskerconsin, we had nearly 12 inches back on December 1. But when mum gotted up all they talked about on the little noisy box by the bed, was accidents. So mum figured it was just safer to stay home and not risk getting hit by some stupid driver. She is a good driver and knows how to take care of herself and the big motor monster.
But since the sun has gone to bed, I am going to take a nap or two by the heaty spot. Cuddle with mum once she sits down from doing all of her evening stuff.
Yes, it looks cold out to me, too. Here we had a nice sunny day, but the temperature never got any higher than 27. You have the right idea. Nap by the heater. You look all warm and comfy.
ReplyDeletebaby it's cold outside....
ReplyDeletewe've had lots of cold but no snow at all here.
You look so very cozy napping by the heater.
yep, it was cold here. we could feel the cold by the patio door.
ReplyDeleteYou look nice and warm! There was a little snow on a mountain near here that usually doesn't get too much, but nothing like what you have! Tara
ReplyDeleteWe have another storm heading our way, 5 to 10 inches of snow possible, I don't mind snow at all, I can go and do what ever I need to, but ice, thats a whole different story.
ReplyDeleteNice sleeping place, Derby!
ReplyDeleteThat sure looks like a cozy spot to nap!
ReplyDeleteIt looks to us like there is room for another kitty in front of that heater, Smiley Boy.

Excellent idea, Derby. I might nap by the heater this afternoon!

I really like your heaty spot! Mine is a big square in the wall that air shoots out of every once in a while. Isn't it the best thing to sleep near the heaty spot? I sill keep hearing about this snow stuff, but we haven't had any!
ReplyDeleteKaze
It must be furry cold there if you are so close to that heater.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very nice picture of you by the heaty spot, Derby. It makes our paws feel warm just lookin' at ya there.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very seet picture of you by the heater! Meowm wants to kiss you!
ReplyDeleteWow, that sure is a lot of snow! I have only gotten one snowball that my Bunny Mommy brought me last year. But the big city hasn't gotten ANY so far this winter. That looks like a very comfy nap! By the way, I like your aristocratic name. It is VERY long and fancy.
ReplyDeleteThe heaty vents are great in the winter time!! It's snowing right now at our house in Iowah!!

that looks like a great heaty spot! we sure wish we had one like that.
ReplyDeleteSleeping by the heat place is best if your mum isn't nearby to keep you toasty. My mom calls this kind of sleeping "William, you're hogging all the heat."
