Attention, Finally.

Monday night she left me alone again in the evening. She went to see a Christmas pageant where Grampie lives. Grampie had a part in the production, he was a wise guy!
Here is is waiting to walk up to give his prezzie to the baby Jesus.
Here he is giving his gift to the baby Jesus. They didn't have to say anything, somebody just readed the story.
After the show mum got a picture of most of the cast, at least the three wise guys and the shepherds. Grampie is the one in the middle. Then they had some juice and a cookie with the people who all lived there.

I have finally gotten some attention on Tuesday. Mum worked from home since the weather was bad. So I could hang out with her as she worked. So I got scritches, I tried to help her by eating the soup she spilled on the floor at lunch. She nearly dropped the whole big cup of soup when she tried to put it in the microwave. So she had a big mess on the floor and countertop.

Plus with all of the snowy weather the birdies have been around a lot eating the foods mum puts out. She fillled all the feeders after she ate her lunch, by the end of the day, the big feeder was half full. So she filled everything up again after dark so they will have lot to eat tomorrow.
But mum took time out to play with me in between actually working, using the snow eating monster, feeder the birdies and such. Here she moved my bungie ball down where I could grab on and pull it.

So tonight we have just been hanging out on the couch together. I nap and get lots of scritches from mum. That is nice.

Oh, I keep reminding her that we have to finish up my Secret Paw. She says yes she knows. We now have everything, including a box to send things out. So we will work on that and get it sent off by the end of the week.

  11. I'm glad you finally got in some good mommy quality time, Derby! Snuggling on the couch and watching tv with mommy is one of my favorite things to do. We feed the birdies, too, and I like to watch them.

My Mum finally sent out my Secret Paw package yesterday. I was kinda getting worried because she likes to procrastinate, but she finally got it mailed.
