We made it to Monday, again. Mum said we, really it was her, watching too much of the moving picture box yesterday. A racy and then some fancy dressed people, telling stupid jokes and handing out a little gold man. Plus mum stayed up way too late watching.
We chose to sleep through most of it.
The Woman watched that too, even though she's only seen one of the movies up for awards. Clearly, this means she has poor taste in movies...

ReplyDeleteMy human didn't bother watching, although she was glad to hear that the star of the one film she did see this year won for Best Actor!
ReplyDeleteOur Mom was watching but mostly reading and then she fell asleep so we just curled up on her while the curling was good.

We only get that little gold man thing in the middle of the night on a subscribe channel here, so thankfully we didn't have to watch!!!

ReplyDeleteMy mom is good for a movie about every decade, so needless to say she hadn't seen any of them. We hadn't seen any either, so we didn't watch!
ReplyDeleteMy Human watched those people hand out the gold dolls to grown-ups. I didn't get it at all. Plus once in awhile, the Human would get mad and pout and say somebody different shoulda got the dolly. I mean, I only saw ONE kid there and no one gived her a doll or anything. Pfft.
