Hello, and welcome back to the garden. It has continued to get greener around here and more flowers are blooming. That makes us all happy.
The hostas have begun popping up, a week ago mum could barely tell they were there.
Red and yellow tulips. So bright and cheery in the front of the house.
The sedum starting to grow as well. These always come back starting from these little rosettes.
The front flower bed, with a mix of tulips, hiya-sinths, the pee-o-knees are getting purrty high too. Mum was discussing that stuff is about 3-4 weeks later than normal with blooming and all.
Mum also worked on getting the deaded branches out of the crabby apple tree. Brush pickup is next week by the village. That means mum won't have to cart it all back up.
Mum got a picture of us, the grass is getting a bit long, can you still see us? First it isn't a good pic. She cut off Fleur's head. Sheesh mum, do a better job on getting a pic. Plus time to get the grass eater out for the first time this year.
Love to all, see you next week.
Pretty flowers!
