Yeah, you humans know that we cats are independent creatures. We might cooperate with you at some times, but no way will you dominate us!
Not a bad weekend, warmish. Caturday we had a few showers, but not much. Sunday was beauty-ful with lots of sunshine. Mum did her outside chores of getting the grass eater out, then she came inside, cleaned up and then did all the laundry. I napped a lot and watched her work.
Here I am holding her down after she finally sat down from her chores. You can see some of her crow-shay hats on the little table. She worked on that for a bit last night.
The other night when it was nice mum was sitting outside and took a picture of the sun. It was all fuzzy cuz the weather guesser says there was smoke up in the at-most-sphere. Mum cropped the sunny part and it sorta looks like it is on fire!
Mum said she had a nice time helping at the library on Caturday. When she left they already had over 160 kids signed up when she turned it over to the next volunteer. That included people signed up by the library staff last weekend. Mum will be back there today to help out again. About once a week she will go and help.
Yep, I got that sky raisin. Mum is happy as she doesn't like when they fly around her head, specially at night.

ReplyDeleteLooks like good weather is visiting you. Our mom finally got a day off and tackled the grass eater, too. And pulled weeds. And scrubbed a section of backyard walkway. And with all the in and out she was doing, can you believe not one sky raisin came in with her? How is that even possible? We hope yours was tasty!
