Mini-ManCat Monday

... no wisdom that [my kitten] may gain by experience and reflection hereafter will compensate for the loss of her present hilarity. - William Cowper

All right, we made it to Monday again. Mum stayed home all weekend and only went outside to fill the fevver feeders. No shopping, no going out to eat. It was rainy and windy, so good days to stay inside with me, a book and a big cup of tea!

So what am I watching so intently. So much so I pushed my heated beddy over so I could get closer to the big windows that go to the floor.

I'm up on my feet, something outside has caught my eye!

Fevvers! Specifically what mum calls juncos. These little guys show up for the winter, they spend the summer way up north in Oh, Canada! They come down here cuz it isn't as cold, plus, heck mum puts out foods for them too.

Sorry mum, don't mean to ignore you!

Feetsball Report

The Pack - they played the late afternoon game so we had to listen to Joe and Troy. Mum gets tired to listening to them at times and yells at them to be quiet. It wasn't a good game and the Pack losted. So mum sorta tuned it out even though she still had the TV on to the game.

  1. Ducky - I suspect that you're not meant to use your mum's chair as a scratching pole!

  4. We have cold and rain too, Ducky.
The Hubby watched some of that Packers game, but the announcers ARE irritating, and the Pack was left in the dust after a short while.

  5. We're glad you had a good weekend home with your Mom. Our #1 abandoned us yesterday but she got home earlier than planned, so she got extra points for that!
