What a Bleeding Heart

Yes, this is another purrty plant that mum has in the yard. I don't see any blood, but you can sorta see that it looks like a heart. I can see that the neighbor next door has one of these plants too.

Mum was out inspecting all of the plants in the yard tonight. Says that all of the plants in the back garden are growing. She also thanks the kitties who suggested plants to grow. She says she wants to put in purr-en-e-alls. That means plant it and sort of forget them.

  1. Derby you have a nice looking yard! Your Mum is very good and making pretty plants. And it's nice that you have Virginger to go out and make reports for you. Will she go out to try to meet your new bunny friends? Also I can't wait to hear the rest of your adoption story. I keep meaning to write mine as well. I really have to do that!

  5. Mom is not good with growing things. She does geraniums in pots ok but thats about it. She got some tiger lilys from neighbors who divided theirs last fall, and they are coming up nicely this spring at the side of the house in my natural outside litter box area. Mom is definetely a "stick it in the ground & grow if you want to" kind of woman.

  6. Ah yes, they are pretty. At our house my human mom is growing a liberal amount of bleeding hearts.
