ManCat Monday

As anyone who has ever been around a cat for any length of time well knows, cats have enormous patience with the limitations of the human mind. - Cleveland Amory

Mum is purrty smart, but sometimes she can't figure out what I want. Oh well, I try to deal with what I got.

Mum worked on the blanky for a bit and I helped hold it in place while she took a break for a bit. You know, she has to eat now and then. Also use her litter box, do the laundry etc
This is our back yard, what little snow we got melted. Plus we are supposed to be getting rain today. Not much of a winter, at least so far. Sure makes it easy for mum to get around and go places, even to just go outside. It was in the 50's on Caturday and mum drove home from her lunch date with the roof open on the car and the drivers window too.

Feetsball Report

Mum sort of watch some of the games. The one she watched the closet was Da Bears. Somehow the guy managed to doink the ball off the goal post right at the end. If he had made it they would have won. Oh well. Mum isn't really into this and will only watch bits if she has time.

Everyone have a good week.

  1. Wow - driving with the car roof open at this time of the year!

Why don't you ask her to take you for a spin, Ducky? I'm sure you'd like it.

  3. That view of your backyard sure isn't what you would expect in Wisconsin in January! Mom almost had a heart attack when that ball hit the goal post...twice!!!

  4. The Hubby had the TV tuned to the NFL games, but I read my book and finished the Sunday crossword puzzle instead. Oh, plus petted a few cats...

  5. It's nice to have a mild winter sometimes! Ours is pretty cold for our area... which would be extremely mild for a winter where you are!

  6. We are having a very mild winter too so far. Last year though, the very cold weather and snow came in March. We are hoping that was a one off and it doesn't happen again.

  8. Our temps are getting back to normal now too, and we're glad the house won't be so freezy in the mornings. What we really like is the return of the sun!

We bet your mum appreciates your keeping that blankie from flying away!
