We will miss her, no more stinky goodness snacks a lunch time with her. Or extra treats during the middle of the day. Extra cuddles and pets during the day. We can get back to our normal schedule!
Still wet and because of that we heard all sorts of rumbly trucks. Seems that there were two water main breaks on the streets behind us. One early yesterday evening, the other later in the evening. Mum went out and they were still working on things this morning. The streets are all messy with dirt
so mum didn't get close enough to take pictures, didn't want to get dirty.
No more of mum being silly and taking pictures in the middle of the day.
Quiet nap time periods all on our own.
Happy weekend all.
We like to have our human home, too, as it means we get fed about 6 times a day. Heh heh.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely, DRY weekend!

Bummer, but at least you get a little peace and quiet while your human is busy!
ReplyDeleteNo extra treats is not good, but think of all the extra nap time you will have. Me and mum wish your mum well in her new job.
ReplyDeleteWell, gosh darn...your Mum should have won a lottery! Right after our Mommy, she says!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend with your Mom, and see about getting some snacks ahead of next week!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
We be hoping our Mom goes every day cuz then the fun begins...well, after a good long nap...well, yeah Mom is usually home by then. Oh well, naps are good.
ReplyDeleteMore naps and dreaming of sun puddles.
ReplyDeleteYou can always leave her a special something for when she gets home. You know what I mean ...
Well, all good things must come to an end. Enjoy your weekend together!
ReplyDeleteConga rats to your mum and good luck to her in her new job! We hope you all have a fun weekend.
ReplyDeleteWell it was sure fun while it lasted, it just never lasts long enough!
ReplyDeleteDisappointing news for you but - I hope - good news for your mom to have a new day hunting gig. I hope it's something that she enjoys doing, working alongside other beans that she likes being with.
ReplyDeleteStarting a new day hunting gig can be a bit stressful, so I hope you two can be especially snuggly and affectionate when she comes home.

Enjoy your weekend with your mom! It will be nice to have a quiet house once again during the week. Best of luck to your mom in her new jobbie!
ReplyDeleteConga-rats to the Human on starting to day-hunt again (it's my Human not me saying that--I wish my Human would STOP day-hunting!). I'm sure you boys will survive without your mid-day treats. . .wait! What am I saying???
