HiYa, Ducky here. We had a nice weekend, we chilled a lot since mum went off to play with racy cars one last time. The weather was good and it was nice to be outside for her. While she was gone we watched them work on the street some more. Mum says hopefully they get it done this week.
Our Brew Crew won the first play off game against the Cardinals, they play again Monday night. Mum says on her way home Sunday she got to see the Goodyear blimp/airship. It was getting ready to land at Timmerman Airport in Milwaukee. So it was real low in the sky and heading down. Feetsball Report
Packers - They won, still unbeaten, five wins, no losses. Mum was a bit worried in the first half but our guys came back and beat down them Falcons. Just like they had to back in the playoffs to get to the Stouper Bowl.
The Colts - They lost, but not by much
Grandpa Brett - still retired.
Workmen TV. Makes a change from Bird TV. Have fun.

Our grandpa is a Packers fan, so it was a good weekend for him since our Spartans didn't play. Glad you are still able to enjoy the new tv show outside the window. :)
ReplyDeleteOur mom says the blimp is cool! When she & dad lived in San Diego in the mid-80's it flew right over their backyard. Their house was right up the street from Jack Murphy Stadium where the Chargers & Padres play. (It's called something else now.)

ReplyDeleteGlad you football team is doing so well. Wish I could say the same for the Colts. The mom here has always said that one person doesn't make a team but thinking she might be wrong on this one. Since Manning is out this season the Colts cannot win. Twice they were ahead when the folks started watching then they lost so I am telling them not to watch the games anymore, maybe that will help.
Happy Toctober to you. I am wondering and let me know what you think. Wouldn't it be fun if you picked a special date and made it Toctober day? We could all post our photos on that day, do a write up for CB. It would be fun.
We hope those workmen soon get finished.
