Hey, didn't you see the kittie napping on the bed? Mum? Mum? What is up with this? 
Mum I like it when the sheets are all nice and fresh, but I don't like being UNDER the covers! Yes, I am under here, so what do you want? Leave me alone for my nap and take off the sheets. 
NO, you are burying me here. Hey, now there is a whole more thick layer here. Mum, mum? 
OK, let me see if I can move closer to the edge, yes, little by little. 
Phew, made it out to daylight!
Don't do that to me again mum! I am not an under cover kittie. What, if I am in the way when the bed gets made, I am going to get buried again? Fine, then I will just go nap somewhere else!

Derby old chum, it's a wonder you don't lose your temper *more* often with your human. All you wanted to do was nap, and your mum covers you over... sheesh. Well, next time she's trying to sleep, you know what to do! ;-)

we does this all the time. we likes to mess wif mom when she makes the bed. she gets all hissy and yelly and we just laff and laff.
ReplyDeletehehehehehe, that was really funny. My little sister Dorydoo likes to do that when Momma makes the bed. You can see a little Dory-sized lump scootching across the bed, under the covers, while Momma does her thing. Cracks Momma up.

ReplyDeleteI like getting under the covers on those rare times when the Woman makes the bed. I attack the sheets as she's pulling them down, and that kinda ticks her off, which is probably why I like doing it...

ReplyDeleteTigre lives for the days that I "accidentally" trap her under the covers. She lays so flat that I have to warn the house that she is under there so she doesn't get crushed by accident.
