Fang Shui Friday

The most powerful place to sit in any room is in the exact center of the floor, where you can absorb all the energy flowing around you.

From Fang Shui by Catfucious, Peter Pauper Press, 2002.
A little sunshine doesn't hurt either. Just soaking up energy, so I can chase around after my naps.

Vir-ginger was so happy to hear from so many of her litter mates on Squillion Day. So may of you open your hearts and homes to them, giving them a furrever home. I know Vir-ginger was happy to come here from the Green Walls Shelter. I told mum she needs to go look to see if they have a new litter for this year. She said she would try. And if you didn't get a for real Squillion you can adopt a virtual Squillion at the Blogosphere, and it won't cost you anything!

Plus we had a furry messy day. Sleet, freezing rain, snow, rain. When or when will spring come? I want to sit with the windows open, breathe the fresh air, listen to the birdies singing. Please come soon spring, we need you.

We've got really high winds here now, not sure what the snow amounts are.

  3. Derby, what a great picture of you. I hardly ever get sun spots to snooze in, unless I'm right in the window. I could if my mom would open the front door for me but then I get distracted by the weatherstripping anyway.

  8. Dear Derby,

I am finally back online, and I have read your decision. I knew it was a long shot, but I had to try! My love is true.

I have lots of sunshine here in San Diego. Maybe your pet human will move from Whiskonsin. Although my pet human has relatives in Whiskonsin, and she says it's a beautiful state.

  9. We're ready fur spring too, Derby. The wind and snow today are making us grouchy. Our pawrents didn't do anything with the stuff from yesterday and they probably won't do anything today either. Mom is just mad at the weather and wishes it would stop-NOW!

  12. That's a furry nice picture of you in a sunbeam, Derby. It was windy and rainy here today and the forecast for the weekend is not great.

Spring is on the way - the daffodils are out here and the crocuses too.
